TULUM
I came across this picture during one of my random travel inspiration Google searches.
The second I saw it, time stood still.
“I want to go there.”
Six years later, I saw that exact same picture in real life.
I stood in that spot with a bunch of iguanas and time stood still again.
“I did it.”
“I actually did it.”
To this day, Tulum has been, hands down, my all time favourite trip.
I created evidence for myself that I could be, do and have anything I wanted.
And I WANTED that trip – I wanted to relax on the beach, sip a cute Mezcal drink, eat fresh ceviche, listen to the waves crash upon the shore, go gallivanting around the little town, browse the shops, take lots and lots of pictures, feel the breeze in my hair, sleep in a giant comfy bed, eat more delicious food, ride a bike to and from my activities for the day and I wanted to do all of it in Tulum.
Why Tulum?
Because I wanted to.
Point. Blank. Period.
I posted a few pictures on my social media just to share my trip with my closest people.
But I didn’t have anything to prove to anyone.
I just wanted something that was mine – simply because I desired it.
And because I knew what I wanted, the money, direct flights, helpful people, beautiful accommodation, EVERYTHING I needed showed up.
I have realized that I live a very, very abundant life because I know what I want.
Because I know who I am.
And because I know what my version of success looks like to ME.
I listen to the callings of my soul.
I make moves that support the freedom I desire.
Most of all, I trust.
I have dedicated today to reminiscing on one of my greatest manifestations.
I AM SO GRATEFUL
